We at Iloilo Prime Properties take pride in our affiliation with the Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards Inc., or PAREB. In our decades of work in the real estate industry, the networks that we have built through the organization have become our indispensable tools in acquiring quality property listings in Iloilo. In other words, we have strong connections.
Our membership to an influential Filipino group of real estate brokers is even more strengthened by the PAREB’s association with a region-wide organization, the ASEAN Real Estate Network Alliance, or ARENA, a platform for networking among real estate practitioners where the Philippines is one of the founding members.

Arleen and Rene, currently the PAREB’s national vice president, set up Big Green Realty, the business running the company. (Rene is a hardcore La Sallite, and La Salle schools have green as color identity, hence the “Green” in the business’ name.)
